根据所给的工况条件，均属常温常压，只是酸浓度不同，可选用高硅铸铁或316L，98%的浓硫酸用普通铸铁也可以用，只是使用时间长短的问题。

实际使用的情况用铸铁比用316L等好，中学时的化学中已有分析。况且从价格来看我几台铸铁的泵的使用寿命远大于一台316L的泵

呵呵！楼上的，你是想时时用新泵？

4楼说的有问题，对化工接触的少。一般化工厂的要求是要保证一个大修周期，铸铁泵你能保证的了吗？如果导致系统停车，你能负起这个责任吗？化工厂的采购或主管感冒这个风险吗？

也许#4的是一个老板，为了利益最大化，他就敢冒这个险。

对于 楼主提出的介质工况 来说。泵过流部件HT250要比316要好
对于浓度在70%以上，温度小于80度碳钢或铸铁有较好的耐腐蚀性（可以在泵体、叶轮表面形成一层氧化膜）。但不适用高速流动的硫酸。
同意4楼的说法。

#8说的有道理，我们单位98%的用的就是碳钢。检修、更换周期也挺理想的

我赞同YOYO的说法,对于高浓度的硫酸腐蚀性不是很强,铸铁或铸钢就可以了
前提是要考虑流速

楼上的也许不是化工单位的吧！单说不锈钢是没有用的，不锈钢是一个统称，里面细分很多的牌号，要根据输送不同的介质，选用不同牌号的不锈钢。

对于这个工况,铸铁和碳钢普遍被认为是一种材质,但根据我的经验,碳钢要比铸铁效果好很多,但一般不会选316之类的材质,价格贵不说,且使用效果并不比碳钢好,流速低固然好,但以上参数,我认为二级电机的泵检修周期达到一年是没问题的,有一点要注意,机械密封的冷却方案一定是PLAN 11的,静环一般不要选石墨的

但是高浓度的硫酸一旦遇水容易发热啊,铸铁受的了吗

还有机械密封建议选23方案的 ,高浓度的酸在泵的高压区出口开个PLAN11的孔,万一孔坏了,喷了出来在怎么办?如果能再加上个52的缓冲罐就更安全了
